DELIVERY & RETURNS
Delivery
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹999. Flat fee of ₹99 below this.
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days. Tier 2/3 cities: 4–7 business days. Remote areas: 7–10 business days.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. A tracking link will be sent once dispatched.
Returns
- Non-consumable items (drinkware, brewing equipment, accessories) can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.
- Coffee and consumable products are non-returnable unless faulty.
- Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs to Serenecafesh@gmail.com.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
